Restored Vintage Art Deco GE Telechron Clock CATALIN case

Model 7H80, the "Julep"

This is a 1932-1938 General Electric (GE) Alarm clock Model 7H80, the "Julep".  The clock runs well, smoothly, quietly, and keeps an accurate time and alarm works great too.  It stands approximately 4-1/2" tall, 4-1/4" wide and 2-5/8" depth.  It has a butterscotch CATALIN case with integral molded feet - No cracks, chips or hairlines.  It features an ivory dial with black hands and numbers.  The bezel and sweep second hand are brass.  The dial face and convex glass dial lens look great (please see pictures).

The red dot power signal works.  The knob at the back pulls outward and turns to set the time, this also triggers the red power signal back to white.  Additionally, two other knobs one of which is used to set the alarm and other is used to turn on/off the alarm by pulling/pushing.

The clock has been professionally restored/serviced and is in excellent condition  - disassembled and cleaned.  All brass components have been hand polished and top coated with clear lacquer to preserve the finish and to prevent tarnish.  Movement has been ultrasonically cleaned, serviced and lubricated as well as rotor.  CATALIN case has been hand polished to display its great shiny true color.  Back cover (stripped, sanded, repainted and top coated with clear lacquer to protect the finish), reassembled and clock is ready to use.  The new cloth cord installed with original bakelite plug.

This clock comes with a 30-day guarantee on internal mechanism.
