Our
carrier partner is United States Parcel Service or USPS. We do ship to
Alaska and Hawaii. Our priority is to process our customer orders as soon
as possible after received of payment. Our standard method of shipment
is USPS Priority mail unless our customer upgrades the shipping level.

We
do our best to accurately describe our products. If our product is
not as described, the customer may return it to us within
three days of the receipt in its original and
undamaged packaging. We will refund the original purchase price,
less shipping/insurance/packing charges after we receive the product in
its original condition. The customer must
agree to email us prior to returning any items. The
returning product will be shipped at customer expenses and shall be
packed in its original packaging and carried at a full value of
insurance.
We insure all of our items at no additional
charge. If the product is broken during shipping, the customer
must agree to contact the shipper (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) regarding the
matter.
In the event a product that is returned for
convenience, we will refund when it is returned in the original,
undamaged packaging within three days of the receipt. The
refund will be issued for the original purchase price, less our shipping/insurance/packaging
charge and less a 20% restocking fee after we received the product in
its original condition. We encourage our customer to review
the product's
description carefully and ask questions via
email prior to purchase.

clocks and parts are considered taxable merchandise by the State of California.
The state law requires us to collect sales tax for our products from our
customers residing within the State of California. Therefore, sales tax
at a rate of 7.75% will be added to the sale of clocks and parts purchased
by California residents.
